Before buying, make sure that you are permitted by your country's agricultural department to receive seeds or cuttings from France. Many countries have restrictions on the importation . It is up to you as a buyer to be aware of any legal restrictions that may interfere on the delivery of cuttings bought. It is impossible for me to know each country policy on seed importation. I can’t be held responsible if your seeds or cuttings are either held up or confiscated by Customs of your country.
